     * DEPOSIT (Booking/Cleaning and Damage) $125.00 (refundable)

1. The hall or ice surface rental fee must be paid in full one week prior to the date of the function.
2. The deposit fee is required in advance to secure the booking of the hall. The deposit fee will be returned within fourteen (14) days after the function if the hall is LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION as it was when you came in to set up.
3. The Renter will be permitted access to the building the day before from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to set up unless other arrangements are made.
4. ALL ALCOHOL WILL BE STOCKED BY THE CURLING CLUB BAR & RENTAL MANAGER. If wine is required the Renter will let the Manager know two (2) weeks in advance. The Manager will be informed if the Renter would prefer to supply his/her own wine for a function. A $5.00 per bottle corking fee will be paid by the Renter to the Curling Club for wine that is supplied by the Renter.
5. The Renter named above will be responsible for (i) the behaviour and conduct of all guests, including any damage incurred to the premises, and (ii) ensuring the non-consumption of alcohol by minors.
6. The Renter must give the Manager 2 MONTHS NOTICE if function is cancelled or deposit is forfeited.
